PreserveFamilyJewels: Time for a checkup. There's a small structure up there called the appendix testis (yes, appendix testis) that can get clogged, which doesn't mean much but should be verified just to make sure it isn't something more serious, especially at your age. It hasn't been emphasized enough that men in their teens and twenties check their testes for masses. I'd suggest getting your girlfriend to do it...Fun
