Let's see: It's a matter of losing body fat -- which involves eating enough protein and not much of anything else -- and getting used to be hungry much of the day, which you can do. You also want to add some muscle mass, which you do by resistance training. Rather than thousands of crunches, cable pulls for the abs with heavy weights. Want it bad enough, you can do it.
