Weight lifting: It is best to do a combination of cardio and weight lifiting. I would recommend doing a minimum of 20 minutes twice a week of cardio along with your weight lifting. It sounds like you have reached some impressive goals with your weight lifting. Time to start focusing on strengthening your heart muscles and endurance a bit more. Try to balance a bit more.

Yes: There's white muscle and dark muscle. Don't believe crossfit. All the actual doctors/researchers/experts have shown that if you do both with a muscle group, you don't get either the best endurance nor the best bulking up. So, for bulking, 80-90% of max capacity, done maximally, wait 10-20 seconds repeat once. Cardio could be all lower body, but has to be 3 times a WEEK minimum.
