Allergy plan: Avoid dry skin by adding moisturizer several times per day, add a low dose of hydrocortisone lotion twice daily to the worse areas. Avoid common allergens such as dust and pet dander. Take an antihistamine found over the counter daily for itching. Discuss allergy testing with your PCP, and keep a log of exposures and symptoms.
