See an oral surgeon: If the nerve pain is due to radiation treatment and the pain is intractable, it may be worthwhile to see an oral surgeon or a neurosurgeon to have the nerves in question ablated. If the pain is due to osteoradionecrosis, then barometric oxygen treatment may help. Supplements are probably not going to do anything worthwhile. If they did, they would be prescription medications.

Evaluation: You need to be evaluated. See oral surgeon first. He/she may refer you to an orofacial pain expert.
