Probably not...: For your clinical scenario, musculoskeletal or neuromuscular origin plays more important role in causing the mild groin pain. Again, a detailed analysis on the features of the onset, degree, duration, interval, progess, and associated activities over time plus physical findings should be enough to deduce a correct dx.
