Caffiene: Some people cannot handle too much caffeine. Or caffeine at different times of the day. 1-2 cups of coffee or caffeinated drink is more than enough and if you have trouble sleeping, don't drink any caffeine after about 1pm when your body is beginning to slow down, attention diminishes and metabolism slows. After 7pm is definitely out. Your body is trying to shut down and ready itself for sleep
