Sun Protection : Sun protection with hats and sunscreens allows your skin to repair. Adding retinol or retin a (tretinoin) will further allow the skin to heal and improve early wrinkles. Certain lasers can help thicken the skin. Later on plastic surgery to remove skin and smooth wrinkles will help.
Dr. Zahid Niazi

See Plastic surgeon: Premature facial wrinkles appear at a younger age due to sun, weathering, excessive use of muscles and smoking. Obviously, management includes prevention, glycolic acid containing serums/creams, broad band light/ laser treatments and in some cases. Botox injections. See your local plastic surgeon for the best options specific to your care.

Is it ok to have early ultrasounds?

Dr. Craig Keathley
Obstetrics and Gynecology 24 years experience
Yes: The safety of ultrasound is well established and an early ultrasound is the most accurate for confirming a due date. Usually one first trimester sonogram for dating and a formal anatomy survey in the 2nd trimester are fairly routine. Additional sonograms may be performed for nuchal translucency screening or complications that develop in the pregnancy.
