How can you prevent getting wrinkles too early?

Stay out of sun: The ultraviolet part of sunlight can damage the skin causing not just sunburn but eventually wrinkles. The best way to prevent wrinkles is to stay out of the sun especially between 10 am and 4 pm and when you are exposed to sunlight use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF at least 30 and wear a broad-brimmed hat.

Sun care, smoking: The most important prevention measures are good suncare- daily use of a good quality sunscreen that blocks uva & uvb rays, hats & clothing, and doing outdoor activities before 10 am & after 4 pm. There is evidence that daily use of topical antioxidants reduce the damaging effect of any ultraviolet rays that get through a sunscreen- & some always does. Smoking is terrible for everything- incl skin.
