How can i heal a folliculitis wound?

Folliculitis: By definition is superficial and small and should heal if adequately drained, kept clean with mild non-perfumed soap and clean water and un traumatized. Healing should be complete in otherwise healthy person.

Hello i have bacterial folliculitis and i wanna ask how does it spread on the same body. does the bacteria infect the follicle only if theres a cut or wound? can u transmit the bacteria from slightly touching the area and then another body part?
Went back to dr for folliculitis and he gave me another 10 day dose of cephalexin how long does it take to heal and how do you know if it is healing?
