Not easy but: You need to figure out what triggers you desires to eat junk food. If you are able to figure this out, you may be able to find a distraction to prevent this. Also keep junk food out of the house and away from your work area. Try to make your meals as best as you can so that you aren't tempted when eating out. Getting fit means incorporating exercise into your daily routine.
