Many: There are numerous benefits to cutting out foods that are 'junk food' healthier nutrition from eating more fruits and veggies, lean proteins and healthy fats (like nuts and using olive oil). Many people find that they don't crave the junk food as much, so they eat a healthier amount of calories in a day. This can result in healthy weight loss. Many people have more energy & normal bm's.
