Can you tell me is there a way to get rid of a food allergy?

Not yet: Currently, the recommendation for people with food allergies is avoidance of that food, wear a medical bracelet and be prepared with an action plan and self-injectable Epinephrine like epipen (epinephrine). There are current clinical trials aimed at treating milk and peanut allergies by using oral desensitization and the initial results are promising, but not yet ready for widespread use.
