Set a time: Setting a time to exercise is important. If you set a time to do exercise everyday then after a 3-4 weeks it becomes part of your life. If it is 7 pm or 6 am for you make it your time. Play music you like and do something. Jumping jacks, and calisthenics or go for a walk, run. Make this bia1 time. No one is more important than you for you. Good luck.

That is something --: You can do, if you really want to do. Write down all reasons you think why you should exercise, including the pcp's advice, etc. This is something you need to do for yourself. Take the plunge ; go for a walk. The only thing you need is a pair of good shoes. You don't need to join a club. I would start with a friend (at least 2) or the spouse. Walk for 1/2 hr about 4-5 times a week. Good luck.
