Spot fat loss does : Not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some will probably be facial / cheek fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy ; be physically active. Calories burned must > those consumed. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Do both cardio ; weight training.
