See neurologist: What you are describing could certainly be considered a somewhat unusual presentation of aura to a migraine headache. And precisely because of its unusual nature and the fact that it is on only one half of the face my recommendation is that you see a neurologist so that they can get more details to this story.

Many things: Need to see your doctor for an evaluation and possibly a referral to a neurologist. It could be an unusual presentation of migraine or possibly cerebrovascular disease (TIA or Stroke).
