Hi, i was hit in my face three weeks ago and my cheek has a sore knot in it now. can you tell me what this means? is this a hematoma?

Cheek bump: It is either a hematoma or an accumulation of healing elements from the trauma. Gentle massage is important so that those elements are removed and the swelling disappears. Ask your doctor if a cortisone cream would help.
