Try this: Don't look at a clock or expose yourself (more than necessary - i.e., toilet) to any sensory stimulation - just close your eyes, roll over and 'continue' sleeping. Some very slow breaths focusing on sinking deeper w/ each exhale may help. If this works, great! if it doesn't, ask your doctor or find a sleep clinic. There are books you can read for ideas too. In general, limit arousal. Best wishes!
