Facial Boils: Without examining you and further details, it is difficult to answer definitively, some possibilities: cystic acne can cause this and often requires complex strategy with cleansing, topical and/or oral antibiotics and retinoid treatment. Recurrent boils can also be from MRSA and that requires following a decontamination protocol to eradicate the bacteria in your nose, clothing, linens and pets.
