I have a boil (i think) under my armpit, it has not come to a head it is hard and red it's painful/burning if touched or if i hit it with my arm. ?

Needs to be drained.: Probably an infected sweat gland or ruptured epidermal cyst. Needs to be examined, and probably drained, which will solve the problem and stop the pain. See your doctor or a dermatologist.
