Unclear : You seem to be describing an abscess or boil. This occuru with or without a trip to the barber shop. MRSA remains a possibility in the current clinical setting. Generally very warm compresses used frequently are the first line of treatment. You may use a topical antibiotic such as neosporin, with limited benefit depending on the depth of the infection See a doctor soon if it does not improve.
