Worth watching: Labs in rheumatologic disease are a paradox. There are a lot of them with varying sensitivities and specificities, but the diagnosis is made on history and physical. Low C3 / C4 would mean less than how you feel overall -- if raynaud's is your only real problem and you feel well, i'd urge you to ignore even a high-titer ana. You already know that many folks your age have a low-titer positive ana.
