Is it normal to have low c3&c4 serum? i had a positive ana over five years ago also. now just have low c3&4. should i be worried? i have felt sick. ty

You'd be: If you feel sick for a long time, you'd be worried. A low C3 & C4 especially in the presence of high ANA titer may point to an active autoimmune process. See a rheumatologist.
