High positive ANA for years and now tested elevated complement C4 and C3 but all other autoimmune antibodies are still negative. What could that be?
C3 Complement high, CRP high, Alpha 2 Glob high, WBC elevated/neutrophils high, ANA 1:640 IF DFS, other blood tests appear normal, pain, fatigue, and brain fog. rheum does not think SLE, referred back to PCP, what could we be looking at here?
