Injury or infection: There are several reasons for spotting after intercourse. One is vaginal or cervical injury which can be caused by roughness, not using lubricant, condom irritation, or other causes. Another is infection, which can cause the cervix to be easily injured and bleed. There are other causes, too. Please see your doctor for an examination.

Cervical lesion: It is possible you have an infection on the cervix or perhaps ovarian cysts. Please see you gynecologist for full evaluation including chlamydia and other std's. And perhaps an ultrasound. Also thyroid level should be checked.
