I'm 5weeks pregnant.last week, i had spotting &mild lower ab pain, i had 2 u/s but my doc cant find the sac. my hormone level 3000. shld i b worried?

Maybe: I would repeat your hcg level on monday and do another US around that time as well. By 6 weeks you should at least see a sac. This may be an ectopic pregnancy or one that just isn't visible in the uterus quite yet. Most sacs there by 5 1/2 weeks. I tend to do progesterone levels in these situations as ectopics usually less than 2, normal pregnancy 8 or more.
