A member asked:

Docs, could a transwoman with hormone therapy and implants get pregnant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Thomas Knecht answered

Wow!: No. You need ovaries and a uterus to get pregnant, and transwomen don't have those parts. Adoption is an option. Good luck!
