Can pep suppress to detect hiv after window period (3 months) if pep is started after 2 months of exposure assuming hiv virus transmitted?

Post exposure: First pep done two months after exposures would not prevent infection. Nor would it prevent HIV antibody production in the infected person. A regular HIV test would be able to pick that up. Hiv RNA testing would be an invalid screening test while on HIV medication.
