Depends: What you see as "slight" may be the tip of the iceberg. What's your skeletal relationship? Do you have enough room to uncrowd your teeth without having to make room? How does your malocclusion affect your appearance? With your overbite do you have a gummy smile? How well do your teeth function with each other? Go see a qualified orthodontic specialist for initial exam to discuss your needs.

Varies: Sadly, even with the info given, its too hard to assess a treatment plan without seeing your mouth. There are just too many variable at play (e.g., degree of tipping). It may require teeth to be pulled, or slenderized. Best to discuss with an orthodontist as to what they would do-- then maybe get a 2nd opinion-- the consults should be free.
