Done everything: After 40+ years in practice I've done just about everything. There are pros and cons to fixed retainers, as there are to removable retainers. If you're having a stability issue see your Orthodontic Specialist for evaluation.

Good Idea: This type of retainer takes a little more work to keep clean, it has the best outcome because the bonded retainers will hold the straightened teeth in perfect formation 24/7/365. Ask your orthodontist if you are a good candidate.
