A member asked:

Would a lean muscular male weighing 220 pounds potentially need a higher iron level than 102 ug/dl or is this a metric that isn't reliant on body composition? symptoms: cold hands and feet with occasional raynaud's phenomena, rls, fatigue and hr?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Higher weight does not change the standard for blood level of iron. If you are not anemic, your symptoms are not due to low iron.
