Probably: If you have pain radiation to the scapula and bitter taste in the mouth called water brash and burning in the throat it is very possible you may have reflux. Try adjusting your diet and changing your lifestyle which in most cases will affect and reduce reflux, additionally you should see your primary, antacids and /or medications such as prilosec can be trailed for symptom control initially.
