Prostate ; Diabetes: I am happy you reached out here. But it is now time to get to a real physician in person to figure out how to help you get healthy. You most likely have diabetes and you most likely also have prostate problems and perhaps bladder infection. A good family doctor will help you sort this all out.

Urinating: This can be a sign of prostate hypertrophy (enlarged prostate) and/or diabetes, or drinking too much fluid before going to bed or taking any medication that cause frequent urination, see a doctor for evaluation.
