Doubt it.: Chronic red bumps are seldom an infection, MRSA or otherwise - infections are usually active entities that make their presence known with pain, tenderness, & swelling. That said, a chronic indolent infection can't be ruled out without an exam. If these bumps never go away, i'd suggest having them examined by a dermatologist, who will tell you what needs to be done to make them go away.
