Could this be a yeast infection even though i have not experienced itching? i recently discovered i have little tiny bumps on my clitoris. they are not red or white they are the same color as my skin down there. also it is kind of bumpy inside my vaginal

Without : Without examining you, it's hard to tell exactly what's going on. You should give your doctor a call for an examination. The tiny bumps could be something more concerning that a yeast infection such as genital warts. Good luck!
