If i took a tramadol 50 mg at 3pm today could i take a oxycodone 10mg/ tylenol (acetaminophen) 325 at 930 pm today and be safe?

Is it prescribed?: If it is prescribed for you, it is safe more than 6 hours later. However, it doesn't make a lot of sense to have 2 pain medications. If you have mild to moderate pain, usually something like tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil should be adequate, and for more severe pain either tramadol or oxycodone would be reasonable. Having both concerns me a bit. However, i don't think there are safety issues.
