Can be related: With many canker sores, a secondary bacterial infection can occur thereby giving one a fever. Be certain that the teeth and mouth are kept clean when the sore are present. Consider getting evaluated by a physician for other underlying conditions.

Not really: While teeth whitening can cause temperature sensitivity, this is usually only a temporary thing that resolves once the whitening process has stopped. Using a "for sensitive teeth' Fluoride toothpaste will help decrease that sensitivity even more quickly. Other than that, tooth whitening is a safe procedure.

Relaxation: Most clenching and grinding of teeth can be related to increased muscle activity brought on by stressors in one's life. Muscles can be relaxed with moist warm compresses and chamomile tea. Over the counter pain medications that you might consider taking for a headache could relive some discomfort as well. Consider an evaluation by a dentist as soon as you can.
