Indigestion/abdominal discomfort 2 month.omeloprazel 3 week pantoprazole 5 week. endoscopy said no h pylori/gerd.now only dull pain near left armpit?

Need further eval.: Your symptoms certainly suggest a GI related problem with the exception of the armpit pain. You clearly need a more comprehensive evaluation which should include a cardiovascular evaluation in addition to a more thorough gi/abdominal exam. Imaging such as chest x-ray and abdominal ct might help too as would general lab. See an internal medicine or family practice physician.
