How to reduce pus in my throat, in 3 days?(already talking antibiotics for 4 days)

Pharyngitis: If the throat infection was due to strep, the antibiotic will seldom alter the course of the infection but is meant to prevent acute rheumatic fever. If not strep it may not be being treated at all since it is then likely to be viral.
