Not a good idea : Let your eyes completely heal. Discuss this with your eye surgeon. S/he will want you to wait awhile. You don't want to introduce infrared or uva/uvb heat after surgery even with protective eye wear. Your eyesight is precious. Protect it!

Likely: You should ask your surgeon, but this would not normally be a problem.
