Enjoy your own gifts: The width of your hips is determined by your bone structure, which is mostly genetic and set at your age. Hip width on a woman is a matter of indifference to most people, male or female. Super-model cindy crawford isn't complaining. Stay fit, take care of your health, be the best person you can be, and things will be fine. Nobody's got their perfect / ideal body. Enjoy what nature gave you.

Not really: Hip width has a genetic component as well as as structural component. You would basically get wider hips by adding more fat...Exercising will keep you toned and hips "slimmer". It is wisest to be happy with how you are built as your build is the best for you personally. Enhance what you have and do not try to change what is is yours naturally. :).
