Exactly that.: You described it perfectly. I'm going to take it that you are in normal health with no known heart problems. Even healthy persons can have mild, brief irregular beats now and then. Most go unnoticed, but sometimes you do notice them. As long as they are not frequent, it is not something to worry about. Caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, lack of sleep, certain medications can sometimes provoke them.
