Denal exam: It will take a dental exam and x-rays to answer your question. See a dentist as soon as you can. The dentist will discuss treatment options with you.

Cause is Periodontal: What normally cause the teeth to move on its own is inflammation or infection in gums, ligaments and bone around teeth (together called periodontal tissues) you need to be examined by your dentist to find how sever the case is and to discuss treatment options.
