Gluten free: Yes, if you have celiac disease eliminating all gluten from your food plan will allow your gut to heal, and symptoms to leave. Depression and anxiety may improve markedly as well as any digestive problems you're experiencing. Dietary changes like this can be challenging, but are definitely worth it. Most celiacs do well: On a gluten free diet, most do feel much better. Those who don't are rare and often let it go very long. Many who improve also do say that their mood improves and threy feel better overall. Let's hope you can stick to the diet well and that your reward is major improvement. Get good information.
