Usually : Usually appendicitis is a progressively worsening mid abdominal pain that gets worse in the right lower abdomen over a day or so. It is usually associated with nausea and not wanting to eat, and less common fevers. But appendicitis also can act very differently from one person to the next. You should have your doctor examine you to to be sure.
