YES: Any persistent right lower abdominal pain should be considered to be appendicitis until proven otherwise: get to an ER and you should have blood testing and a CT scan of the abdomen.

Of course : pain in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen could be appendicitis I do not know your age or the description of the pain of course still could be other digestive issues or women problem if you still have your ovaries see a doctor if pain is persistent good luck
