Yes, pain of: Appendicitis is usually in right lower abdomen, but it could be just about anywhere. That is why sometimes doctors can miss appendicitis, too. Only a careful medical evaluation and imaging tests will show appendicitis, and if yo delay treatment, it can be dangerous. Get to a doctor if you have vomiting or fever accompanied by pain.
