If you had: An open operation on your abdomen, probably 4-6 weeks. If it was laparoscopy, probably 1-2 weeks. But a lot depends on size and location of incisions, how well you have healed, and how much you plan to run. Ask your surgeon for specific recommendations.

Depends: Was your surgery open or laparoscopic? Do you have a large incision or small ones. Usually 6 to 8 weeks for the typical large open surgery, possibly less if laparoscopically done. Ask your surgeon.

Depends: If done via laparoscopy, probably about three weeks. If done in an open fashion, 4-6 weeks. You must ask your surgeon for your activity release - don't start jogging or lifting without that consent. Good luck.
