Certainly: Doesn't sound related at all to b/p meds. You failed to mention whether it feels "cold" to him, or if it is actually "cold" to touch. In either case have his doctor evaluate that.

Clonidine: It is an idiosynchrotic reaction to clonidine, rarely reported by patients. You have to discuss with your physician to discontinue the medication. Do not stop it suddenly. It should be tapered off. So discuss with your physician.
