When should i go to emergencies with pain ons chest. my blood pressure was 177/114 was put on adco-zetomax 20mg. blood pressure is down but have pains ons my left/ middle chest and numbness under my left arm..it comes and go's.. any advice?

Go: There are plenty of people with normal BP w Jim o have heart attacks. If you are having concerning chest pain be seen.
